There will be a 5% convenience fee for payment via credit card.
Should a vendor need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given if prior to August 23; 50% refund prior to April 1st. No refund will be granted if the cancellation occurs after October 7th. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
All participating sponsors & exhibitors agree to the following: At all times during the term of this Agreement and the Event, Group and Property are and shall remain independent actors and neither party shall be deemed to be an agent, member, employee, partner, joint-venturer or legal representative of the other. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or to assume or create any obligation or commitment on behalf of the other in any way.
